Hawksbill has two independent bedrooms, each with panoramic ocean views, outdoor living spaces with sofa beds and private dining tables. Each of the bedrooms has an elegant contemporary bathroom with private gardens, a bath tub, shower, hairdryer and designer bathroom amenities. The bedrooms feature a four poster bed, a sofa-bed, an armchair and a desk with a Bawa designed leather chair. Exquisite linens and a choice of pillows complete the spacious and luxurious bedrooms.The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, iPod station and has access to high speed WiFi.

Leatherback is located beachfront and has two independent bedrooms, each with its own large outdoor living spaces with sofa beds, pool loungers and private dining tables. Each of the bedrooms has an elegant contemporary bathroom with private gardens, a bath tub, shower, hairdryer and designer bathroom amenities. The Olive Ridley is a two storey villa located directly on the beach and has 5 independent bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has extensive indoor and outdoor living spaces with sofa beds and private dining tables and are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, iPod station and iPod, high speed WiFi, a large elegant contemporary bathroom, private gardens with a bath tub, shower, hairdryer and designer bathroom amenities. Dining

The Frangipani Tree offers a fresh and vibrant menu of local fresh seafood and produce for which its sister boutique hotel, The Fort Printers, has received fabulous reviews. The chefs plan the menu daily in accordance with guest preferences and availability of fresh seafood, produce and ingredients, and feature grilled fresh seafood, Sri Lankan curries and Mediterranean specialties.

Breakfast usually includes fresh tropical fruits, fresh fruit juices, cereals, organic eggs, fresh curds and home made breads or any other special requests such as frittatas, hot cakes or Sri Lankan hoppers.

Lunch may include fresh salads, grilled yellow fin tuna or open faced sandwiches. Dinner is generally a lavish 3 or 4 course affair with specialties such as grilled lobster and prawns, seared tuna or delicious Sri Lankan specialties such as crab curry.

The Frangipani Tree is a stunning place to stage a beautiful and chic wedding on the beach or in our gardens overlooking the ocean with a choice of ceremonies such as Buddhist, Hindu, Christian blessing or a registry. The living room and the surrounding terraces of Olive Ridley, overlooking the Indian Ocean, are the magnificent venues for an intimate ceremony and wedding lunch or dinner.

The second storey suite in Olive Ridley is the most beautiful suite to start a passionate honeymoon. A large four poster bed draped with swathes of Muslin nets, wrap around daybeds overlooking the turquoise ocean, a contemporary bathroom with a hand made sunken bath and open views of the ocean make an ideal setting to cherish your sacred vows.
