Accommodation

The elegant and spacious detached and semi-detached villas are built from natural materials in typical Maldivian-style, providing first class comfort in a unique setting. Rooms are air-conditioned and set amid tropical foliage fringing a long expanse of powder soft beach or on stilts over the clear blue lagoon.

50 Deluxe Villas(47 m2 ) Detached beach front villas, part open-air bathroom with bath tub and open-air shower, bathrobes, larger sitting area, terrace with deck chairs, Maldivian swing, sun loungers (with mattress) on the beach.

30 Water Villas (61 m2) Semi detached villas built on stilts over the lagoon, bathroom with bath tub and separate shower area, bathrobes, large sitting area, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, balcony with sitting area with parasol and sun loungers with mattress (additional sun oungers with mattress on the beach)

Restaurants & Bars

There is a main buffet restaurant, coffee shop over the spectacular lagoon, choice of bars and speciality restaurants. Squash, tennis, badminton, tropical spa, airconditioned fitness centre (all payable locally) and swimming pool. Catamaran sailing, canoeing, parasailing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, glass bottom boat and diving school (all payable locally) are available. There is also occasional evening entertainment.

Facilities include a PADI 5-star dive centre; a Spa and wellness retreat; Water Sports Centre; Sports Complex and a wide variety of group and private excursions have been carefully selected to enable you to explore the untouched beauty of Baa Atoll and the rich culture of its inhabitants.
