Renovation: All of the rooms and general areas have been completely renovated in the 2009 season;

The hotel is built on an area of 51.000 m².  It is comprised of 426 rooms located in 3 main buildings and 17 villas.   A main restaurant, A’la Carte restaurants, animations and contests throughout the day, internet café, open-air disco, aquapark with 3 waterslides, Turkish night, amphitheatre, live music, childrens’ buffet, a childrens’ world for children of ages 4-12 built on 3200 m2 of land, a mini disco, aerobics, basketball, mini football, backgammon. Due to the environmentally conscious management approach, the towels, and bed sheets are changed at the request of our guests to minimize the consumption of water. The facility has 5 rooms for the disabled. The facility has 40 rooms where smoking is prohibited.

The hotel has 426 rooms of which 290 are standard rooms (including 5 disabled and 40 non-smoking rooms), 69 spacious rooms, 7 family suites, 22 villa family suites, 32 villa family rooms, and 6 suites. 

Standard Hotel Room, 22–31 m², with balcony, accommodates a maximum of 3 persons.  Bedroom, 1 double or 2 single beds;

Spacious Hotel Room, 35-39m², with balcony, accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.  Bedroom, 1 double bed and 2 sofas;

Hotel Family Suite, 50-70 m², 2 bedrooms with balcony, accommodates a maximum of 6 persons;

Villa Family Suite, 47 m², with balcony/terrace, accommodates a maximum of 5 persons.  2 bedrooms, 1 living room;

Villa Family Suite, 42 m², with balcony/terrace, accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.  1 bedroom, 1 living room;

Suite, 45-75 m2, with balcony, accommodates a maximum of 5 persons, 1 bedroom, 1 living room;

Otium Main Restaurant - Open buffet local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Open buffet morning, noon and evening meals, evening snacks, diet buffet, children’s buffet;

Childrens World: An area has been created exclusively for children on an area of 3200 m2. A world belonging to children. Childrens’ swimming pool, a resting terrace, children’s restaurant, play house, trampoline, playground, coin operated toys, puppet theatre, cinema, sleeping room. Activities, contests and games suited for children.  
Furthermore, feeding chairs in the main restaurant, a children’s buffet and a baby corner.  A pool with 3 waterslides, 2 children’s pools, children’s animation, battery operated cars, and ice cream hour are available in the pool area.  OTIUM ECO CLUB SIDE will be an indispensible address for vacation with children with the mini disco activity that is organized in the evening for our little guests. 

Beach: There is an 80 m sandy beach which is in the possession of the hotel.  You may sip your cool beverages and satisfy your hunger at the beach bar between 10:00 and 17:00.  The sunbeds, umbrellas and cushions are free of  charge. The beach and water towels have to be paid a deposit.
