Accommodation

Hotel, the main structure has four floors, and 12 bungalows fan out from it villa-style, for a total of 420 rooms. All provide spectacular views over the Sea and Gardens. 

The Xanadu Resort Hotel Rooms are divided in different categories.

Standard Rooms at the Xanadu Resort Hotel are available with either a king size bed, or twin beds. They offer partial to full views of the sea, swimming pool, or the beautifully landscaped garden, all with their own balcony. Maksimum capacity of the room is 2 adults and 1 child.

Ideal for families who have high expectations, the Junior Suite features a bedroom with a king size bed as well as a separate living area. Each suite has a balcony and all are equipped with a sofa bed suitable for small children, two televisions, two telephones two minibars, one bathroom, and a pocket privacy door separating the bedroom from the rest of the suite. The Junior Suite accommodations are offered in Main structure and in Bungalow.

Family Room with Garden View in Bungalow, Secret Garden is ideal for families. This type of room is located only in Bungalows, Secret Garden. This room is two Bedrooms Room with two private balconies overlook the beautifully landscaped garden, has two bathrooms and has a very silence atmosphere. Family Room has the capacity maximum for 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Suites with Garden View in Bungalow, Secret Garden, each with a private balcony overlook beautiful garden, include one living room, two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has 55 meter square area and has the capacity for 4 adults and 2 children.

Presidential Suite - Wonderfully positioned on the fourth floor of the hotel, the Presidential Suite is truly impressive. It has 200 meter square, with a private terrace overlook the mediterreanean sea and the beautiful landscape, with a large dining area, two bedrooms, working room (fax and computer), jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen - not an experience you or your VIP will forget. Should you have a larger party, the three bedroom Presidential Suite (Kubla Khan) is available.

Presidential Villa - Two spectacular Presidential Villas each have duplex floor, 1 working room (fax and computer), 3 doubled bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, separate quarters, luxurious lounge and dining area, plus a private swimming pool for two villas beneath a glass skylight, for the ultimate in luxurious living. Each has 200 meter square area.

Golf Suite - Situated on the top floor of the hotel, the Golf Suite is individual in style and feeling. 

Enjoy a large guest room, living area and two bedrooms , two bathrooms and a private terrace with a spectacular view.

Ipekyolu Main Buffet Restaurant  is set in an elegant atmosphere with a terrace and a main hall section.
This international buffet presents a wide selection of Asian and Western Favorites including, Chinese, Mexican, Turkish and western dishes with many choices of appetizers, salad and desserts. Inside of the Ipekyolu there is a separate baby and child buffet with a rich variety. The buffet restaurant is open daily for breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dragon Restaurant - Authentic Chinese A'la Carte Restaurant with a contemporaryatmosphere. Dragon Chinese Restaurant provides fine dining in a comfortable setting. Guests can experience tasting diverse and sophisticated traditional Chinese food. The dishes primarily use fresh ingredients and are accompanied by tasty sauces created by Chinese Chef.

Dolce Vita Italian A'la Carte Restaurant - Dolce Vita provides each guest with a genuine Italian dining experience, the flavor of an authentic Italian recipe. In the warm atmosphere of Dolce Vita guest enjoy the great selection of Italian cuisine.

Rosebud Irish Bar - For nice, quite and romantic time, filled with beautiful music and excellent drinks topped with the best service and elegant atmosphere, Rosebud is the ideal Irish Pub in Xanadu.

Xanadu Cafe & Bar is placed just near the main swimming pool and offers the perfect location for a complete dining experience and entertainment, in a cosy atmosphere. All day through there is a great variety of drinks, ice-cream and snacks. Every guest should try Turkish favorites of "Ayran" and freshly cooked "Gözleme" in Xanadu Cafe & Bar.

Beach Bar is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax while watching the panorama of the sandy beach and the sea. In summer you can enjoy the taste "Döner kebap" here. Beach Bar is just located near by the private beach of Xanadu.

Fashion Bar - Located in the wellness centre, the Vitamin Bar offers a healthy choice of fresh juices and energizing drinks. It is located near by the indoors swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is open all days.

Sports Bar - It is a great place for drinks, bowling, table tennis, wide screen Tv, billiard , games, internet and much more.

Lobby Bar has a cosy and welcoming ambience. Relax or meet with friends in the spacious Lobby Bar and enjoy pastries, coffee, beverages and cocktails. Lobby Bar is open all day through until late in the evening.

Until late evening Turkish Coffee House is open and serves hot drinks in a Turkish traditional way.
