The 5*plus Beach & Resort Hotel is built on a 95 000 m² area in the amazing flora of Lara Kundu creating an architectural value with the design of a luxury ship consisting out of 9 levels and 10 ritzy two-storey villas totaling to a capacity of 586 rooms and 6000 m² of pool area illustrating a ship anchored in water.

All of the rooms are decorated in "Cruise Comfort Style", include TV satellite programs, IDD telephone, mini bar, air conditioning, electronic in-room safe, bathroom/WC (bath tub, telephone, hair dryer, special lighting), private walk-out balcony with sea view /terrace (balcony chairs, laundry hanger), spacious and convenient wardrobes, and an office desk.

520 Standard Room: The elegantly decorated Standard Room offers 30m² of comfort. A small classy seating-accommodation is provided. Inter-connecting rooms are available upon request. 

12 Colonel Suite: offers 110m² of comfort. A large living room with chic sitting group and a bathroom with Jacuzzi, douche/WC, equipped with a French Bed and a second bedroom offering two single beds.

9 Junior Suite: offers 50m² of comfort. The Junior Suite hosts the guest with a grandiose sitting lounge, one bedroom, one bathroom and balcony.

4 Admiral Suite: offers 130m² of comfort. Two of the four Admiral Suites are located on the beautifully arranged ninth floor offering exquisite relaxation. The Suite hosts two luxurious furnished bedrooms, sumptuous sitting lounge and 2 bathrooms (equipped with one Jacuzzi). The other two Admiral Suites located on the eight floor, provide one classy sitting lounge, one bedroom and two fully equipped bathrooms.

1 Presidential Suite (7th Floor): offering 320m² presents one large sitting lounge with a comfortable writing table, dinner table and bar, one bedroom with large screen TV, bathroom with Jacuzzi, a second WC and a large terrace.

Sapore A’la Carte Restaurant: The Sapore Restaurant reinvents the Italian cuisine on a new plateau of tastes bedazzling our guests beginning from the choice of wine until the cappuccino powder on the Tiramisu. The interior design reflects a warm sandy ambient with candles illuminating the evening.

Capari A’la Carte Restaurant: The extravagant design enriches our guests with world class seafood from the Mediterranean Sea explicitly serving the fish freshly from the sea.

Barbeque A’la Carte Restaurant: The BBQ Restaurant depicts a unique concept of self-grilling and additional service by our professional and friendly staff allowing the guest to be their own creative chef or just sit back relaxing and watch our experienced chefs do at what they are best.
